Yes! We guarantee your ring to be free of any defects. In the unlikely event of a defect in any of our rings we will gladly correct the problem free of charge.

What is your refund policy?

In the unlikely event any diamond, diamond ring or diamond jewelry purchased from us can be returned for a full refund at no extra cost to you. Items must be in their original condition and returned within 14 days of purchase. Of course custom made rings cannot be refunded. Items shipped back to us must be properly boxed and fully insured.

No matter how complicated the design, if it can be made, the Revo540 will make the wax which is then used to make the actual ring. Anything can be recreated by this machine. Do you offer appraisals?

Absolutely! We offer free appraisals for all jewelry. All diamonds are GIA or AGS certified which ensures your confidence in your purchase. Appraisals acts as a valuation document for insurance companies and every piece of jewelry that we sell comes with a free appraisal.

Do I need to insure my jewelry and what options do I have?

We advise all our clients to get jewelry insurance coverage for their valuable items. We offer jewelry insurance through the leading jewelry industry in surer; Jewelers Mutual Insurance. With comprehensive protection from an industry leader you can be rest assured of the quality of service and repair or replacement of insured jewelry items with one of like kind and quality.

Do I pay sales tax?

We collect 8% sales tax from all sales in the state of Arizona. All other sales are exempt from sales ta x.

Will the diamond I choose be the one I receive?

Absolutely! We take great care to ensure you get exactly what you ordered. We only stock certified diamonds and no two diamonds are exact in all their characteristics, so you can be assured the stone you receive will match the accompanying diamond certificate.
